Metal Probes
Made of tungsten, these are very hard and sturdy probes. The probe tips range from a diameter of 0.5μm to 30μm, offering a variety of sizes to choose from. Because tungsten is capable of compatibility, it is possible to utilize the probe by intentionally bending it, depending on the situation. These hard probes are capable of handling extremely hard target objects. Especially by using the new 0.5μm tungsten probe with Axis Pro, it is possible to take samples of microscopic target objects that were not possible in the past. In addition, we have prepared assorted probe holders exclusively designed for metal probes.
